REFUND POLICY
By placing an order, YOU (our customer) agree that:
A.) CottonPaperie customized products are considered custom orders and all sales are final – no refunds. All of our products are custom and from time to time we have unexpected complications with materials, printing, etc. We have a substantial investment in each print order and therefore do not offer refunds. We will replace the product to meet CottonPaperie's high standards in these situations at no cost to the client.
B.) Standard, non customized items ordered from the CottonPaperie store can be returned within 30 days in the original shape and condition for a 100% refund. Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility unless the items are being returned for a product defect.
