The perfect luxurious addition to your wedding, personal stationery, or company logo! We are a luxury print studio we will work closely with our press operating team to ensure that your project will also print beautifully on our thick luxe cotton papers using our vintage presses.

The Process:
• Place Order: Once you place your order online you will be emailed a design questionnaire to complete. This will inform your designer of your preferred colors, preferred printing techniques, styles, etc. We ask you to please be as detailed as possible. You will automatically receive this questionnaire via email 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If it is not received please let us know, we will not begin the design work until it is received.
• Proof: Your first proof for your hand drawn artwork will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that these bespoke designs take time and the current lead time can vary depending on our work load.
• Revisions: Includes minor revisions to your first proof. Additional proofs, style changes, or other design requests for labor intensive custom hand drawn monograms are billed at $115 per hour after the second proof. (industry standard rate).
• Approval: Once your proof is approved it will be delivered via email in Hi-Res JPG, Vector PDF and EPS file format. Prices listed are for artwork only.
Please note: We request that all communication be via email so that we have all correspondence in writing. This insures that nothing is lost in verbal communication, and enables Cotton Paperie to evaluate quality control. If you would like to speak to a designer via phone, all phone consultations must be scheduled and are billed at $250 per hour. (industry standard rate).
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customized items are not returnable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
