Our letterpress note cards allow you to choose more than 50 custom stocks that create a note card ranging from 34-40pt in thickness. We have a wide range of white stocks and custom colored stocks to meet any of your branding needs. We also create custom stocks by combining various front and back colors that you can specify during the ordering process. All of Cotton Paperie's ultra thick cardstocks are ideal for foil stamping, letterpress, debossing, and embossing. Lead Times
We are currently experiencing delays due to the current labor shortage. We are very frustrated with the current situation because we are not able to provide the level of customer service that Cotton Paperie has provided the past 15 years. Due to the number of print studios that had to close due to the Pandemic, we are now receiving more business than we can handle. Our current goal is to craft a beautiful product. We apologize in advance for any lack of communication, but our priority must be to press and ship our existing orders. If you have placed an order, please know we are working tirelessly to get your order pressed and shipped! We appreciate your patience more than you know during this difficult time.
* 12 - 18 business days after proof approval + shipping time. (Rush orders are not available at this time.)
* Add 2-4 business days for the following features/designs: Edge foil, custom die cut, or complex designs.
*Please let our team know if you have any upcoming specific deadlines even if that timing is outside of our standard turn-around time. This allows us to plan accordingly if there are any shipping delays.
*Turn around time varies based on job properties such as the quantity of cards being printed and the challenges each job presents. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

The Ordering Process
1. Select the quantity and print features you would like for your note cards. Contact us with any questions and we'll help to clarify things for you.
2. If you are unsure about the features, please click on the "?" icon and it will give you additional information about the feature. Our gallery also has text describing all of the features on each card.
3. Upload your print file and make sure you have setup the file in vector format. Embedded bitmap images will not be accepted. Please note, if you upload artwork that is NOT print ready this will cause delays. If you are unsure what types of artwork are considered "press ready", please research before ordering to avoid any delays.
4. After your order is submitted our staff will be in touch via email with a finalized print proof.
6. Once you approve your proof we will start production and will then provide you with tracking information when it’s ready to ship!

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
